What do I need to get started?
A tablet or two (any tablet with a web browser works) and a few minutes. Sign up, pair the tablet with a code, and you're ready for tonight.
What happens after the free trial?
Choose a plan to keep going. If you don't, your dashboard becomes read-only and nothing is deleted, so you can still export everything.
Do you take a percentage of our dues?
No. You connect your own Stripe or PayPal account and payments go straight there. You pay only their normal processing fees, and our price stays flat.
We use MembershipWorks today. Can we switch?
Yes. Import your members, levels and attendance, and Pass the Pad takes over existing Stripe auto-renewals on a date you choose, so members don't have to re-enter their cards.
Can I add Membership later?
Any time, from your dashboard. Sign-in and Membership together are $75 a month; your sign-ins and contacts carry straight over.
What if the wifi at our venue is bad?
That's exactly what Pass the Pad is built for. The tablet keeps working offline and uploads everything once it's back online.
