Frequently asked questions
Do you take a percentage of donations?
No. Donations go straight into your own Stripe or PayPal account. You pay only the processor's normal fee.
Can volunteers run the sign-in without an account?
Yes. Pair the tablet once and it runs the sign-in on its own. Volunteers who need the dashboard can have a limited door login.
Can we track attendance by program?
Yes. Each program or recurring event has its own attendance line, and you can compare them or see the total for the organization.
Is our visitors' information private?
Yes. Your contacts are yours: we never sell or share them, and you can export or delete them whenever you like. See our privacy policy for details.
