Most clubs and small nonprofits manage members with a spreadsheet, a payment link and a volunteer's memory. It works until renewals fall through the cracks, someone pays twice, or the treasurer changes and nobody knows who's current.
Pass the Pad keeps the membership list, the money and the attendance together. A member's record shows their level, payments, renewals and every event they've come to. Renewals happen on their own when members choose them, reminders go out before memberships lapse, and nobody has to reconcile three tools at the end of the month.
Dues go straight into your own Stripe or PayPal account. We charge one flat monthly price for the whole organization and never take a percentage of your members' payments.

Do you take a percentage of membership dues?
No. Payments go straight to your own Stripe or PayPal account; you pay only their normal processing fees, and our price stays flat.
Can we import our existing members?
Yes, from a spreadsheet or directly from MembershipWorks, including levels and renewal dates. Existing Stripe auto-renewals can be taken over without members re-entering their cards.
Can members renew automatically?
Yes. Members can choose automatic renewal at checkout, and you can see and manage every renewal from the dashboard.
Can we use our own website?
Yes. Embed join forms on your site with your own styles, or use the API to sign members in and build members-only pages on your website.
How much does membership management cost?
Club, with Sign-in and Membership together, starts at $45 a month for up to 300 active members, with every event, tablet and volunteer included, and a 30-day free trial. Guests and mailing-list contacts are never counted.
